Aman gave three helpful tips that you can remember:

🔑 Use different communication tools. We are now in an era where technology is inseparable from our work. Make use of different tools to reach out to your team like WhatsApp, Slack, video calls, etc. Not everything needs an email.

🔑 Let the employees have their voice. It’s important to listen to what your team needs. Simply passing down instructions can make the work feel like a mere responsibility. Having them weigh on certain decisions can motivate them and increase their feeling of belongingness in the team.

🔑 Provide opportunities for social interaction. Mental well-being is also important. Give your team some activities that will allow them to connect with other people in the workplace or have a designated time to talk about things other than work to boost morale.

We’ve been transitioning from the conventional workplace to a remote setup for a few years now but not everyone can adjust easily. Listen to your teams and adopt the most efficient way to transition successfully.
