About the Founder
The Cultural Programs (TCP) is led by executive coach and facilitator Margot Ling, who founded TCP Growth Ltd in 2016 to help leaders and organizations elevate their results through executive influence and effective cross-cultural communication in a fast-changing digital age.
As an ICF‑certified executive coach, Margot focuses on authenticity, a growth mindset, and cultural intelligence. She works with clients ranging from public sector organizations in Hong Kong and Mainland China to multinational corporations, consumer brands, and start-up founders.
Drawing on her background as a media communication trainer, leadership facilitator, and frequent guest speaker, Margot helps senior leaders and teams shift from insight to action—combining mindset shifts with practical tools and communication tactics.
