CQ

Cultural Intelligence

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a globally recognized way of assessing and improving effectiveness in culturally diverse situations. It is rooted in rigorous academic research conducted by scholars worldwide. Leading organizations in business, education, government, and healthcare are adopting CQ as a key component of personnel development and competitive advantage.

CQ stems from the same body of research as emotional intelligence (EQ), which is the first step in improving the way you work and relate to others. However, CQ takes it a step further by enabling us to have social sensibilities when interacting with people who behave in unfamiliar ways. A culturally intelligent person who understands cognitive diversity can communicate and work more effectively with peers, colleagues, and customers from different cultural backgrounds.

CQ is an assessment created by the Cultural Intelligence Center to access the 4 factors and 13 sub-dimensions. Personalized feedback reports, comparing CQ scores with worldwide norms, help participants identify their growth opportunities. Reports are available in multiple languages, including English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Our Certified CQ Facilitators will provide debriefing in your customized growth programs.

Team Management Profile (TMP)

The TMS Team Management Profile (TMP) is one of the world’s leading psychometric profiling tools for personal, team and leadership development since 1985. It identifies eight core activities (Types of Work Wheel), mapped against four work preference measures (RIDO Scale) which combine to create an individual’s unique Team Management Profile.

The advantages of understanding a team member’s Profile include:

(1) Being able to identify a person’s strengths and work preferences,
(2) A greater self-awareness and strategies to improve performance and communication,
(3) Helping people understand why they work and commununicate the way they do,
(4) Providing a common language for teams to communicate with,
(5) Enabling leaders to successfully and confidently assign people to projects and tasks.

MAPSTELL

DISC Map

DISC Maps use MapsTell model that distinguishes 16 different behavioural styles grouped into four main personality types: Decisive, Influential, Stable and Conscientious. These four main personality types and the underlying 16 behavioural styles together form the World of Difference. The map invites participants to discover their own behaviour and communication styles, to find the best way to connect with someone else’s world.
