Ssunaina Vij is a linguist, interculturalist and Global Diversity and Inclusion strategist. Her areas of expertise include global leadership development, managing a diverse workforce, creating an inclusive climate, cross-cultural communication, Cultural Intelligence facilitation for inclusive work practice, and teaching French as a foreign and second language.
Ssunaina has been associated with various international and domestic organizations such as Hong Kong based TCP Growth, American School of Bombay, Alliance française de Bombay and Delhi. She worked closely with the senior management of AREVA India Pvt. Ltd., Ernst & Young, Intelenet Global, State Bank of India-Societe Generale, several educational institutions and Mumbai’s thriving expat community. She is the State President for Diversity and Inclusion council, for Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and headed the pre/post congress committee for SIETAR EUROPA 2019 held in Belgium. Sunaina has been selected by the Women Entrepreneur Magazine as “10 best Learning and Development consultants in 2021”.
Ssunaina currently lives in Mumbai with her spouse and son. When you don’t find Ssunaina working, you’d find her traveling, learning about different cultures, and of course, meeting people. She loves to read, dance, and paraglide.
