Sunaina Vij is a linguist, interculturalist and global diversity and inclusion strategist. With varied certifications -Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Intelligence facilitator (CQ) and FLE (French as Foreign Language expert, she has a robust experience of over a decade in training, consulting and coaching. Her area of expertise includes Cross-Cultural Communication, negotiation and team building, Cultural Intelligence facilitation for inclusive work practice, managing diverse teams, fostering responsive learning classrooms and teaching French and English for business and cross-cultural communication.
Sunaina has been associated with various international and domestic organisations such as Hong Kong based TCP Growth, American School of Bombay, Alliance française de Bombay and Delhi. She has also worked closely with the senior management of AREVA India Pvt. Ltd., Ernst & Young, Intelenet Global, State Bank of India-Societe Generale, several educational institutions and Mumbai’s thriving expat community. She is the State President for Diversity and Inclusion council, for Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and headed the pre/post congress committee for SIETAR EUROPA 2019 held in Belgium. She has recently collaborated with an Australian ed tech training company, The Future Work skills Academy to create a digital program on Cultural intelligence. Sunaina has been selected by the Women Entrepreneur Magazine as “10 best Learning and Development consultants in 2021”. She loves to read, travel and paraglide.
