Shiela Cancino helps her clients advance their careers through confidence-building workshops and confidence coaching. She is the founder of The Treasures Finder and a keynote speaker for TCP Growth. Shiela has coached women from multi-national companies, with professions in Finance, Informational Technology, Learning and Development, Educators, etc. She is also helping the coaching community in Hong Kong by serving as an ICF HK Chapter Board Member, co-leading Social Impact.
Shiela has wealthy experience working as an expat in different cultures. She is originally from the Philippines and worked in number of countries, including Bermuda, Cincinnati, Ohio, Bangalore, India, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR of China. She has 17 years of professional experience in Financial Services, mostly in Hedge Funds as a Fund Accountant and Investor Relations. She is a graduate of International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Shiela has completed professional speaking programs and is a member of Toastmasters International and Virtual Speakers Association International. Besides public speaking, she is also fond of playing chess, reading, and writing. Shiela published Pawn to Queen: Life’s Chess and Quest, a book compiling her personal stories.
