👂 Listen. Listen with your ears and eyes; it is important to observe the verbal and non-verbal cues to engage with your audience better.

✍️ Record. Write down vital information about the person you’re engaging with to deepen the connection for your next conversation.

👋 Follow up. Messaging the person again will help you continue the connection that you’ve built.

In an ideal world, this can be easily done face to face with practice, but in our virtual setup, you have to make an effort to keep the conversation going. It can be a challenge to connect with a person through the screen but with authenticity and determination, you can start creating lasting connections with anyone.
