🤫 Here’s a secret to finding your personal brand

Think about a brand or a person whom you think has one of the best marketing strategies. What about it makes them a compelling brand? It’s probably their stories. Narratives are one of the best ways to show who you are and what you can deliver as a brand.

Barbara Gonzales, the CEO and Founder of G Force PR, talks to Lashley Pulsipher on the new episode of #InfluencingUp about finding your personal brand. She shares that you have to take your time in knowing who you really are, even extending outside of executive bounds, because that is where your authentic story lies.

Telling your company’s journey is easy, but being a vulnerable and authentic leader might not be. But this is how you can connect deeper with your audience.

Knowing your identity is part of building your executive presence because you have to embody and emulate your core values in sharing your message with the world. This way, your audience understands your brand better and gives more value to the product or service that you offer.

Check out the latest episode of Influencing Up with Barbara and Lashley for more tips on finding your personal brand.
