People have been encouraged to switch to remote working ever since the pandemic. The necessity of building an online work environment gave rise to video conferencing applications. Apps like Zoom have their pros and cons when used for business.

For people whose work partners live across the globe, online calls make conversations easier. It transcends the physical barrier of space, making it a more flexible option. But to some, online platforms can make it harder for people to build rapport, especially if the meeting is of serious business.
