Ray Yuen, the Senior Programme Director & College Principal Lecturer at HKU SPACE, gives plentiful insights on why digital dialogues are important in building your brands, especially for SMEs. He gave 6C principles that brands have to remember in creating dialogues:
🤑 Cost-effectiveness. Digital strategies cost less now compared to traditional strategies.
💪 Consistency. The messaging of your brand has to be consistent.
👍 Convenience. Make the dialogue user-friendly to improve customer experience.
🍃 Continuity. Is your strategy sustainable?
🤝 Connectedness. You have to be empathetic to be able to connect to your audience.
💗 Caring. You have to care about what they like and feel.
