They mentioned that globalization should not be a second thought in this digital era anymore. Consumers are conscious of brand purpose more than ever and businesses should take advantage of market-specific trends and opportunities to expand their business.

“Experience is everything” is a trend that they pointed out for 2022. Brands that are planning to go global should focus on making global experiences a personal experience. One way is to be inclusive with the language that brands use; a gender-exclusive language may attract more customers, especially for today’s generation.
