In a study done by Harvard Business Review mentioned in a Forbes article (2021), adults estimate that their conversations with children are made up of 70-80% asking questions while among adults, it’s only 15-25%.

What can we learn from the inquisitive nature of children and how is asking questions important in being a digital diplomat?

It is one skill to be able to provide answers to questions, but having the skill of asking questions is also important to be a better leader. Asking questions tells the people that you are willing to learn and this is the start of gaining new information and abilities. It can also allow you to form new relationships.
